About Me

Hello! I'm Jennifer. I've been picking, cooking, preserving and serving up the bounty of the Umpqua Valley for more than 36 years. 

I am a passionate supporter of our local farmers.  I love teaching others where to find and how to prepare healthy fruits, vegetables, grains, and beans grown in the Pacific Northwest.
