Happy New Year!

I’ve got two classes on the calendar. First up, on Thursday, January 24th I’ll be teaching my Simple Sourdough Bread class. Learn to mix, shape, and bake crusty loaves of artisan bread in your home oven. Next, on Friday, February 8th I’ll be teaching some of my go-to plant-based recipes using the humble chickpea. In Beyond Hummus: A Celebration of Chickpeas, I’ll cover cooking the beans from scratch, demo my favorite omnivore-pleasing dishes like Soul-Soothing African Peanut Stew, Pasta con Ceci, and Curry in a Hurry, as well as snacks and even a dessert. I guarantee you won’t go home hungry!
